FW 1050 BAND SAW BLADE WELDER

Falcon Precision Machining Company’s FW-1050 welder is a free standing air/electric operated hydraulically clamping machine capable of welding ¼” x .025” to 1-1/4’’ x .042” carbon and Bi-metal band saw material. The air/hydraulic clamping system provides quick and positive high pressure clamping. This versatile heavy-duty machine is designed to make strong and accurate welds, and is specially suited for welding shops that do a variety of different small to mid size blades.
