FEATURES
The F-200 Plastic Strip Machine is a self-standing floor mounted machine, which applies a tooth protecting
plastic capping material to medium to large size band saw blades. All controls are conveniently located
and easy to operate. A variable speed drive system allows the operator to run the machine at slower speeds
for long blades and faster speeds for shorter blades. A capping pressure cylinder allows easy change over when changing plastic strip and blade size. Other features include self-positioning strip pressure guide bar, overhead guide wheels and lower strip feeding guide.
